Tabbi Eats provides healthy, nutritious and balanced recipes that also taste delicious. Everything I do is scientifically based. Whether your goal is to improve health, promote weight loss or increase well-being while living with a chronic or newly diagnosed condition, nutrition is often the key. From this ethos, I have pursued many exciting projects.

 

The Delicious Food

  • In my recipe section, you will find my tried and tested recipes. I like to cook with lots of vegetables, my philosophy is the more the better. Our ethos around eating is to include as much seasonal produce as possible. There is no belief in restricting or cutting out food groups. 

  • I also teach nutritional cooking classes in collaboration with Emma's Kitchen.


The Consulting

  • We have different packages depending on your needs. There is always an initial consultation to understand your health and your concerns.  Based on your needs, we can create weekly meal plans complete with nutritional information, grocery shopping lists, and detailed instructions.

  • I am also available for workplace wellbeing talks

  • Lastly, holistic retreats for women who want to start living healthier, fuller lives are coming next year!
